1. Yarns with stock inventory areavailable in a minimum of 1kg (2lbs) per color.

2. Any single purchase ordervolume less than 50kg (110lbs) will apply a surcharge of 20% on the yarn price.

3. All yarns are subject to +/-2%moisture regain allowance in weight.

4. For any orderquantity of 100%Cashmere above 10 kg (22 lbs) will be shipped to HK by truck;Any total shipment quantity below 450 kg (992 lbs), RMB330.00 will be chargedto the customer’s account. In addition, any sample yarn of other qualities'shipment less than 30 kg (66 lbs) will incur a courier charge.

5. For any shipment quantity above4540kg (992lbs), China domestic and Hong Kong delivery fee will be covered,while port charges will be at customer’s account (CIF to be confirmed).

6. We will deliver the goods tothe customer’s designated location. If the responsible party at the location refuses(or not available) to accept the goods, we will charge RMB248.00 for eachadditional delivery. For warehouse fees, RMB165.00 plus RMB10.00 per cartonwill be charged for each additional night.

7. Each order can beamended or cancelled within same working day at no charge. For any amendment orcancellation within 2 days, 10% service charge will be incurred.

8. The above price is forreference only, which are subject to REGAL final confirmation.

9. Fibre Content(AATCC 20A-2000): Products are labelled according to AATCC 20A-2000 method,where two or more fibres are in the product, a tolerace of (+/-) 3% is allowed.

10. REGAL has noliabilities on any quality issues which caused by improper use or furtherchemical treatments (including acidic wash, dyeing, anti-shrinkage such as  SIMPL-X) or special finishing (such asover-wash) of REGAL yarns.

11. Please ensure that same cone ofyarn will be knitted on each garment due to the nature of fancy twisting withpossible greater differences in lot shading.

12. Multi-feeder knitting isrecommended for fancy yarn to avoid possible color phasing.

13. Do not rewind of yarn before knitting which mayaffect appearance and performance.
